Entries must be received by March 1, 2009. Videos can be any length, you may submit as many as you like. Winners will be contacted by email. MORROW Snowboards will be the sole judge and decide the winners.
You warrant and represent that a) you are the sole and exclusive owner of the footage, or have written permission from all parties to use this video, and b) the footage does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
You will indemnify MORROW Snowboards and hold it harmless against any liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorney feeds arising from any claim, action or proceeding based upon or in any way related to any breach of any warranty or representation under these rules.
Rider(s) and filmer(s) hereby grant MORROW Snowboards permission to utilize footage for promotional use.
